On Saturday, February 20th, the kids and I and Grandma Theresa and Grandpa Joe went to celebrate Austin’s 3rd birthday at the Vacaville Nut Tree. We rode on an old train, the carousel and had lunch at Amici’s. The kids had a great time. Austin especially enjoyed the train. He has lots of Thomas the trains and train tracks. He lines them up all day long.
Grandpa Joe and Grandma Theresa gave him a bunch of awesome presents. Maddie’s favorite part was riding dirty in the backseat of their car (without seatbelts) around the corner to our truck. LOL
Below are some pictures from that day. And the others are pics of Austin’s ‘new’ bike. We used an old bike frame of Cousin Seth’s, added brand new handlebars, brand new training wheels and a new inner tube for the back tire. He so far can only ride it a couple feet forward before he hits the breaks accidentally. He will probably be riding it around like a crazy kid in no time. ;o)
